(KMOV.com) -- A 22-year-old Belleville man is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
Police say Seth Karrer had sex with the girl February 22 in Lebanon, Illinois.
Karrer was charged Monday with the felony. If convicted, he will facing three to seven years in prison.
