(KMOV.com) -- A Highland woman, convicted of access device fraud, was sentenced to three years of home detention Tuesday. The house arrest is a condition of a term of Christina Dawn Whittaker’s sentence of five years of probation.

Whitakker, 52, is also ordered to pay $8,099.68 in restitution, and ordered to pay a special assessment of $100.00,.

On September 14, Whittaker admitted to using the social security number and date of birth of another person to open two credit card accounts. The credit cards were opened and used to defraud multiple companies between October of 2011 and March of 2012.
