Livingston Graffiti Vandalism
(KMOV) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office charged four suspects Wednesday following a rash of vandalism throughout the Livingston area.
Bobby L. Walker, 24, Devin A. Krueger, 17, Alexandria G. Vanhooser, 22, and Robert J. Fritz, 19, were charged Wednesday in Madison County Circuit Court with felony criminal defacement of property over $300 and criminal damage to government supported property.
On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 600 block of Livingston Avenue in reference to a vandalism complaint.
According to authorities, deputies had received ten complaints from residents regarding vandalism in the area.
The vandalism reportedly consisted of spray painted graffiti on vehicles, buildings, fences, and the Livingston Village Hall.
Following an investigation, authorities developed information linking Walker, Fritz, Vanhooser, and Krueger to the vandalism. Investigators conducted interviews with the four suspects.
Investigators determined the suspects were responsible for the vandalism after information and evidence was gathered police said.
All four suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Madison County Jail where they were held pending a review by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Bond for each suspect was set at $50,000.
