CREVE COEUR, Mo. (KMOV) – A convicted felon banned from owning a gun was arrested after Creve Coeur police said he threatened a woman with a firearm and fired a shot in June.
Lawrence Bradley, 37, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
According to police, Bradley pulled out a .357 Smith and Wesson Model 66 revolver, threatened the woman and fired a shot in the 10300 block of Cross Creek Cove on June 18.
Police recovered the gun, bullet and shell casing at the scene. Authorities said five bullets were still left in the six-shooter.
Bradley was banned from owning a firearm after being convicted of first-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon in 1998.
Bradley’s bail was set at $10,000.
