(KMOV.com) -- The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office is refusing to pursue charges against a second teenage believed to be involved with bringing a gun into Roosevelt High School Thursday.

Police said Laquan Robinson-Hall, 17, was charged Friday with unlawful use of a weapon and receiving stolen property. Police also stated a second teen was charged for his involvement in the school fight.

However, the warrant for the second suspect’s arrest was denied by the Circuit Attorney’s Office, according to police.

Authorities said the fight broke out around 3:30 p.m. Thursday outside of Roosevelt High School. A teacher saw a teen take a gun from his backpack, secured the student and then took the weapon.
