(KMOV) – Police have charged a man suspected of breaking into several vehicles in September in a Ladue neighbor.
Police say, Frederick Lamont Jacobs, 38, was arrested and confessed to the thefts that took place in the Hacienda Subdivision. They say Jacobs also confessed to several thefts in University City during February.
Authorities say that charges are being presented to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for felony stealing, fraudulent use of a credit device and possession of stolen property.
Jacobs was previously arrested in 2007 for similar crimes.
