HIGHLAND, Ill. (KMOV) – Police say an accused burglar made it extremely easy to catch him.
A homeowner heard a noise at his door in Highland, Illinois on Sunday, and saw a man run away.
Officials say Jared Carter, 28, was trying to pry open the door with his own credit card, with his name on it.
They say carter left the card behind when he ran.
