(KMOV) – US Fidelis is suing the brothers who used to run the company over $101 million they allegedly took from the bankrupt auto-warranty company.
The lawsuit claims that Darain and Cory Atkinson spent more than $100 million of the company’s money for their personal use. Namely, to purchase a $14 million mansion in Lake St. Louis fully equipped with a one million dollar marble staircase.
The lawsuit accuses the brothers of spending the money on other luxuries like private jets and vacation homes, along with paying off their income taxes and traffic fines.
