Grain higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 2.25 cents to $6.5925 a bushel; March corn rose 2 cents to 4.3125 a bushel; March oats were 7 cents higher at $3.31 a bushel; while January soybeans jumped 9.75 cents to $13.2925 a bushel.

Beef was mixed while pork rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle rose .12 cent to $1.3192 a pound; January feeder cattle was down .70 cent at $1.6280 a pound; while February lean hogs were .13 cent higher at $.8980 a pound.
