(KMOV) - Ballpark Village may have taken a major hit, but News 4 reports another $300 million development is showing signs of life.

Chouteau's Landing development with 58 acres is just south of Busch Stadium and will be built in three phases over the next seven to ten years.

The development will rehab old buildings, and several of the buildings being renovated are more than one hundred years old.

Six of the ten buildings that are part of the first phase of the project qualified for historical tax credits.
