(KMOV)-- Hubert Keller is truly a celebrity chef, with restaurants not just here at Lumiere place, but also in Las Vegas and San Francisco, a cooking show on PBS and a starring role in this season's Top Chef Masters.

Sleek may be Keller's homage to the Midwest steakhouse, but some of the menu's standout dishes aren't beef-centric. I love the tuna-two-ways with that light, tangy ponzu sauce. And you should try the gnocchi with truffles, topped with bacon. It really is a treat.

Steak is obviously the star here, and you can order whatever cut you like.  If you are in the mood for a challenge, try the tomahawk.  But whatever cut you prefer, it's the accompaniments that personalize the dish. Sides range from roasted mushrooms, asparagus, an out of this world corn casserole but you really must try the truffled mashed potatoes. The sauces include classic bearnaise, savory red wine reduction, and sleek one.

And for dessert? Yes, you can run the gamut from a simple cake with berries to basil sorbet, but stick with the classics and order a chocolate souffle.
