Man pulls gun on officers, gets shot in Bel-Ridge

 ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- St. Louis County Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Bel-Ridge.

Police confirm that officer-involved shooting happened just before 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 3400 block of Elmhurst Drive. Authorities said undercover officers went to the victim's home to make an arrest when he pulled a gun before police shot him.

According to police, the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, but he has since been released and is currently in jail.
