(KMOV) -- Texting and driving is already illegal in Illinois, but the city of O'Fallon is getting more aggressive with enforcing the ban.
The city has erected signs to warn drivers they need to keep their phones tucked away while they drive through.
Community leaders say they will place the sings in various schools speed zones and construction zones throughout the city.
