EAST ST. LOUIS, Missouri -- Authorities are trying to identify two police offers who allowed a fight between several young people outside an East St. Louis skating rink over the weekend.
The two identified officers were caught on tape allowing - and even refereeing - the fight.
East St. Louis police said on Monday that the two officers seen in the video wearing police jackets are not officers for the city.
The owner of the skating rink was not aware of the incident until Monday.
No charges have been field and there were no arrests from the fights.
