St. Charles Police news release

 

 

The St. Charles Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) who caused over $10,000.00 in damage by tagging graffiti on over 40 buildings in St. Charles.  The graffiti was either painted on buildings and city property or scratched into the glass of businesses mainly on North and South Main Street.  The graffiti painted or scratched on the buildings was “SUR5L”.  The damage was discovered between November 2, 2009 and November 5, 2009.
