(KMOV) -- There are a shocking number of African-Americans that are not registered to vote.

Approximately eight million African-Americans in the United States are not registered to vote in the upcoming election.

An all day voter registration drive in north St. Louis is aiming to change that.

On Tuesday until 9:00 p.m. people can get registered to vote at the Monsanto Family YMCA at 5555 Paige Blvd.
