Chief Mokwa losing city support

(KMOV)- It's clear police Chief Joe Mokwa does not have the full support of St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay. This is all fallout from the impound car scandal involving police officers and the chief's daughter. The F.B.I. is now investigating. On Wednesday, the mayor's chief of staff made some biting comments.
