Uhl family files $24 million lawsuit

State police want trooper charged in wreck that killed sisters
Trooper in fatal collision had other crashes
(KMOV)- The mother of two Collinsville sisters killed when their car was hit by a state trooper has filed a $24 million lawsuit.
The suit names the state, Illinois state police and Trooper Matt Mitchell as defendants.
Jessica and Kelli Uhl died at the scene of a wreck last November.
Trooper Mitchell is facing reckless homicide charges.
