Order of 10/12/2007
Defendant Allstate Insurance Company, is ordered to pay to Defendant / Cross Claimant, Aldridge, the sum of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ( $25,000.00) per day, beginning Friday, September 14, 2007. The Twenty Five Thousand Dollar per day contempt Order will continue each and every day Dft Allstate Ins. Co. is in Comtempt of the Court's Orders, and shall end when Dft Allstate Ins. Co. purges itself of its contempt by complying completely and full with the Court's prior Orders of Feb. 27, 2007 and May 11, 2007, by producing all discovery Ordered.
In making this Order, the Court cautions Dft, Allstate Ins. Co. that it cannot and will not tolerate a party intentionally ingnoring its Orders and, should Allstate not respond to the Orders and further hearing be requird, the Court upon Motion will consider additional and / or more severe penalties to ensure compliance.

JUDGEMENT OF PARTIAL DISMISSAL
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's cause of action against Defendant's Allstate Insurance Company and Paul Jason Aldridge are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear their own costs.
