08:13 PM CDT on Tuesday, October 23, 2007
(KMOV) - After looking for love in all the wrong places, a millionaire sets his sights on St. Louis and asks for the help from a real life cupid.
The matchmaker, Samantha Daniels charges six figures for finding love, and recently has come out with a book entitled “Matchbook.”
"Matchbook" is a one year chronology of the life of a matchmaker, in New York, and how she helps couples find love.
Daniels claims she is in St. Louis to help a 39-year-old local millionaire, entrepreneur and consultant find a wife who is willing to spend her life in St. Louis.
Daniels says he wants to remain anonymous.
The former lawyer and now matchmaker of eight years says her client has some specific criteria.
Among the criteria Daniel’s client asks that his potential wife wants to have several children and also be Catholic.
Daniels says her client will pay her six figures up front, and another six figure bonus if the meeting results in a marriage.
Daniels did not disclose the specific amount that she would be paid.
