Local man charged for fatal shooting of 18-year-old

(KMOV) - A local man is charged with murder for killing an 18-year-old in a shootout.

St. Louis County Police say in Kinloch on Sunday, Lamar Hogan, 25 got into an argument with Otis Dyson.
Investigators say both men went to get a gun, and when they both returned to the scene they shot at each other.
Hogan ended allegedly killing the teenager.
