1 man dead, another grazed in St. Louis Co.

BEVERLY HILLS, Mo. (AP) -- One man is dead and another is recovering from a minor bullet wound after a late-night shooting at a home in suburban St. Louis.
St. Louis County Police and Beverly Hills city police are investigating the shooting at 11:50 p.m. Saturday that left 29-year-old Dontez Meriwether dead. Police say they found Meriwether shot outside a Beverly Hills home. A 25-year-old man grazed by a bullet refused treatment.
Police said the second man told officers that they were sitting on the front porch of the home when a man armed with a handgun approached and opened fire.
The suspect fled on foot.
