St.Peters' credit card bandit in custody

St. Peters, MO (KMOV) – A man suspected of going on a shopping spree with stolen credit cards is in custody thanks to a KMOV.com viewer.
Authorities say a tipster was looking at KMOV.com and recognized the suspect.
The suspect has not been identified yet.
Police say the suspect stole the credit cards from a woman’s purse at a bar in O’Fallon on Sunday.
Investigators say the stolen cards were used to make more than $500 worth of purchases at St. Peters area stores.
