Local organization offers free computers

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Computers are a requirement for some students, but they're expensive. There is a local source that provides free laptops and computers.
Computer may be available for veterans, the disabled, the elderly and some students going away to college.
If you do not have a computer but you want to find out whether you are eligible for a free one you can call WITS at (314) 382-1650.
If you want to donate computers, monitors, laptops or printers check out the WITS Web site.
You do get a tax deduction for your donations.
