(KMOV) -- A substitute teacher in southern Illinois is accused of having sex with a student.
 
Prosecutors say Sean Tolley, 35, had sex with a girl between 13 and 18-years-old last June.
 
Tolley was a substitute teacher at Mount Vernon Township High School.
 
He faces criminal sexual assault charges.
