(KMOV.com) -- A Florissant man was charged with first degree robbery Wednesday after authorities said he robbed a bank in south St. Louis County.
Brian J. Schappe, 27, is being held in the St. Louis County jail on a $50,000 bond. He is accused of robbing the southern Commerical Bank on Lindbergh Boulevard.
Police said Schappe entered the bank demanding money and was ultimately detained by a bank security officer. No one was injured.
