(KMOV) -- Police in Webster Groves are investigating the assault of a female jogger.
The alleged attack happened Saturday morning around 7:15 a.m. near the area of West Jackson Avenue and Gray Avenue.
The 18-year-old female jogger reported to police she had just started heading east on West Jackson from Gray Avenue when she was grabbed by an unknown race male subject. He reportedly pulled her behind some bushes and touched her inappropriately. The incident lasted approximately 30 seconds before she was let go, un-injured.
Webster Groves police say the victim is a college student at Webster University. The university sent out a campus-wide letter to alert students and staff of the incident.
The suspect description is very vague. He reportedly is six feet tall with dark hair and he was wearing dark colored clothing. He was last seen walking west on West Jackson Avenue.
