(KMOV.com)- Fairview Heights resident Andrew Millas, 43, was charged Friday in federal court on a criminal complaint with production of child pornography.
Production of child pornography can carry a sentence of up to 30 years imprisonment or at the very least, a fine of $250,000
This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, in which the United States Attorney’s Office is actively investigating and prosecuting individuals who are involved in the exploitation of children.
At the moment, the case is being prosecuted by U.S. Attorney Stephen R. Wigginton and Assistant U.S. Attorney Suzanne M. Garrison.
