(KMOV) -- A partially paralyzed man whose bicycle was stolen in October in University City received a new one Wednesday.
Larry Bowen was diagnosed with brain cancer eight years ago and is unable to use a traditional bicycle. Instead, he has to use a three wheel hand-cycle that costs $3,000.
An anonymous donor who saw a story about Bowen on News 4 paid for the new bicycle.
