Breakfast Wraps to Go
Make a variety of egg sandwiches in tortillas, wrap them in foil and label them so your tailgaters can choose their favorite.  Include egg white with vegetables, egg with bacon and cheese and egg with sausage and cheese.  When you get to your tailgate, warm them on the grill and enjoy.
Note:  If you don't have a grill, pack the sandwiches in a thermal container or cooler to keep them warm.
Hot Dogs and Brats with Toppings
Here's a secret, parboil your hotdogs and brats at home then put the liquid, dogs and brats in a sealed beverage cooler. Everything will stay warm and you can serve directly from the cooler or finish them off on the grill for those who like a char.  For easy serving, fill a large 6 holder muffin tin with toppings such as:  pickles, grilled peppers and onions, raw onions, relish, hot peppers and sauerkraut.  Have your guests build their dogs as they like them.
Buffalo Chicken Salad Sliders
Everyone loves Buffalo Chicken Wings, make them easier to eat (without the bones) at your tailgate by combining all of the traditional ingredients into a slider.
4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup celery, finely chopped
½ cup hot wing sauce
½ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
12 slider buns
In a large bowl combine the chicken, celery, wing sauce and blue cheese dressing.  Top each bun with the salad mixture and add a sprinkle of blue cheese.
Note:  Pick up a cooked rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even easier to make.
Makes 12

Peach Party Punch Pitcher
In a pitcher add:
18 ounces White Cranberry/Peach Juice
9 ounces Mist Peach
Top with 6 ounces Sprite or lemon-lime soda

One Cocktail:
In a rocks glass with ice  add:
1 1/2 ounces Peach Mist
3 ounces White Cranberry/Peach juice
1 ounce Sprite or lemon lime soda
