Crab Dip with Greek Yogurt
Serve this crab dip appetizer with whole-grain crackers or vegetable crudite for a tasty, protein-rich snack that satisfies!

Makes 24 (1/4-cup) servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
2 (6 oz.) cans lump white crab, drained
2/3 cup plain, non-fat, Greek yogurt
2 (8 oz.) low fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, softened
4 green onions, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with sliced vegetables or crackers of your choice.

PB & V Fruit Dip
Pair this easy dip with sliced apples or whole-grain graham crackers for a sweet and satisfying treat.

Ingredients
1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
 
Directions
Combine ingredients in small bowl with a whisk.  Chill in fridge until ready to serve or serve immediately with sliced fruit or whole-grain graham crackers.
