Recipe: Shrimp Fritters

2 c Flour
2 ea Green Onion, sliced
3 T Parsley, chopped
2 T Chive, chopped
1 T Jalapeno, diced
3 T Garlic, minced
1 ea Juice of Lemon
½ tsp of Baking Soda
1 T Salt
1 C Buttermilk
5 oz Shrimp, chopped

Mix first set of ingredients together in a bowl.
Add buttermilk until batter forms.
Fold in shrimp.
Fry a test piece to taste seasoning. Adjust.
