Recipe: Honey Lime Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
4-Chicken Breast
½-cup fresh lime juice
½-cup olive oil
¼-cup honey
¼-cup finely chopped fresh cilantro (keep a small amount out for topping)
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 Serrano chili finely chopped (may substitute jalapeno)
 
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400
Place your chicken breast into a baking dish, stab with a fork a few times, and set aside.
Take the other six ingredients, place them into a blender, and mix for about 2 minutes until well blended.  Take ½ of the mixture and pour over the chicken breast then place into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.  Take the remaining mixture and place into a small pot and heat up on low.
Take your mixture out of the refrigerator and place into your oven for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour the remaining mixture over the chicken. 
Then serve with your choice of sides.
**You will taste very light, tangy, sweet and a bit of spice to every bite.**
