Recipe: Green Goddess Smoothie

½ avocado
1 stalk of kale
½ apple or pear
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
½ frozen banana
1 date
Chia seeds
Coconut water

Roughly chop all ingredients and put in blender.  As blender is mixing, slowly add in coconut water to the consistency desired.
