Oil Free Garlic Hummus

3 C Garbanzo beans (or 2 14oz cans)
1/4-1/2 C vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic
2 TBS tahini paste (ground sesame seed paste)
2-3 TBS Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
1 TBS lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender for a creamy consistency. Chill and serve.
