Cous Cous Salad

1 box of plain Couscous prepared according to box directions
1 small can sliced olives draine
1/4 of a red, green, and yellow pepper diced
1/2 c. Tomato basil flavored feta cheese
1/4 c. Olive oil
2T balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh  chopped basil

This recipe is so easy, prepare the Couscous according to box directions. Cool Couscous for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator...Once cooled add all ingredients...Toss and enjoy!
