5 Minute Stir Fry over Brown Rice

Brown rice, prepared according to package
3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
3 tbsp wheat-free tamari/braggs
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp agave
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 nub fresh ginger, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
½ bunch scallions, sliced
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
optional: ½ package frozen edamame or peas
optional: ½ cup slivered almonds, peanuts or sunflower seeds
optional: burdock root
optional: 1 head broccoli or bok choy
Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste

Add oil to hot sauté pan and sauté garlic & ginger over med high heat.  Add carrots & any vegetables and sauté, adding 1 tbsp at a time of tamari and vinegar.  After 5 minutes, turn off heat and add edamame/peas if using, ½ of cilantro & scallions, and drizzle in sesame oil.   

Let sit in warm pan until edamame is thawed.  When ready to serve, spoon stir fry (and any liquid) over brown rice, and sprinkle with salt/pepper if desired.  Garnish with nuts and remaining cilantro & scallion
