4-1 inch pork chops, slit pocket for stuffing (most meat departments can do this)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Cheyenne Pepper
Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Brush each side of the pork chops with oil.
Get a spoon full of the mixture and rub on each side of the pork chop.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes. (marinade overnight if possible)
4-green apples, peeled and chopped
4-red apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Peel and chop apples in little squares
In a bowl combine sugar and brown sugar.
Add the apples and lemon juice and mix well. (Set aside for 20-30 min)
In a hot skillet add butter and melt.
Then add the apple mixture and cook until the apples are soft.
Cover and place into the refrigerated to cool down about 30 minutes.
Then stuff the apples in the pork chops.
Either continue to marinade if marinating overnight or prepare to cook.
Pan sear Option:
Put about 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. (Medium Heat)
Remove the pork chops from the marinade (DISCARD MARINADE).
Add your stuffed pork chops to the skillet and cook on each side about 4 min.
Remove and serve. (You can also cook these in the oven at 375 for 7-10 minutes or your grill)
