Recipe: Frozen Yogurt Drops

Peach Drops

Ingredients
8 ounces plain yogurt
1-2 Tablespoons peach jam

Instructions
Mix yogurt and jam together in a quart-size zipper plastic bag. Snip a small piece off the corner of the bag containing the yogurt mixture. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Pipe yogurt drops (1 teaspoon each) onto cookie sheet and place in the freezer. When the dots are frozen, remove them from the cookie sheet. Serve immediately or store in clean freezer bag in the freezer until ready to eat. Yield: 40 drops.

Honey and Cinnamon Drops
Ingredients
8 ounces honey-flavored Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Mix yogurt and cinnamon together in a quart-size zipper plastic bag. Snip a small piece off the corner of the bag containing the yogurt mixture. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Pipe yogurt drops (1 teaspoon each) onto cookie sheet and place in the freezer. When the dots are frozen, remove them from the cookie sheet.
