Guacamole
Ingredients:

3 avocados
½ cup onion
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 jalapeno
½ tsp salt
1 packet Goya Sazon Seasoning (optional)
Squeeze of lime juice
Cilantro for taste

Directions:
Peel, pit and mash avocado.  Add salt and mash a little more.  Next, add onion, tomato, jalapeno, limejuice, and cilantro.  Mix well.

 
Pico Salsa
Ingredients:

5 medium tomatoes, diced
½ cup yellow onion
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
1 Serrano chili seeded and diced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Fresh lime juice (good squeeze)
1packet Goya Sazon Seasoning (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix BRIEFLY—vegetables should remain chunky.  Pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate.  You may store this up to 1 week.

Homemade Tortilla Chips
:
1 package corn or flour tortillas
Oil (for frying)
Salt

Chop your tortillas chips in half, then chop the halves into thirds (you should have six piles of triangle shaped chips).  Then fry at 350 for about 4 minutes, drain, and salt.  You are ready to serve
