Summer Bircher Muesli (serves 4)

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not quick cook)
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cherries

 In a small bowl, stir everything except orange together. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

 

 

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie (serves 1 generously or 2 smaller portions)

 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 handful spinach


Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth!
