2 refrigerated pie crusts
1 lb. lean ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 tsp prepared mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
4-6 oz shredded cheese
½ cup ketchup
Heat oven to 400.
Prepare pie crust as directed in 9-inch pie plate. (Poke holes and bake bottom crust for 10 minutes or less so it is slightly done).
Brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Add shredded cheese and spoon into pie crust.
Top with second crust; seal edges and flute.
Use a knife to write a message on top crust.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
