JENNIFER LOPEZ TO HEAD TV NETWORK

NEW YORK (AP) -- Jenny from the block is now running a network. Jennifer Lopez has been appointed chief creative officer of the NUVOtv network. The singer, dancer, actress and former “American Idol” judge was taken on as a creative partner with the English-language Latino network. But her role has now been expanded to take on all creative issues for the network. NUVOtv is to launch a new programming slate on July 18. NUVOtv is available in 32 million U.S. homes.
