SACRAMENTO, California (AP) -- It isn't bootilycious by any stretch. Scrawny might be more like it. But that didn't stop a female Dachshund mix puppy from being named after Beyonce. The lil' pooch was so small at birth, she could fit into a spoon. Beyonce was born without a heartbeat and had to be revived with chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Now, some two weeks later, it's about the size of a business card -- and can easily fit on a iPhone. The Grace Foundation says the tiny pup could be ready for adoption in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, the animal rescuers have put in an application with the Guinness World Records for world's smallest dog.
