LOS ANGELES -- Miley Cyrus' "Bangerz" concert at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis Wednesday night has been canceled as the singer continues to be hospitalized with an illness.

A spokeswoman for the singer says the 21-year-old continues to be hospitalized due to a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

Refunds to the Scottrade Center show will be available at point of purchase. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be automatically refunded.

"Please stay tuned for the latest information at www.livenation.com or www.mileycyrus.com," LiveNation Marketing Director John Canavera said in a statement Wednesday.

After Cyrus canceled her performance in Kansas City Tuesday, publicist Meghan Prophet said the singer was on “medical rest” at her doctors’ advice.
