It's husband No. 3 for actress Kate Winslet

LONDON (AP) -- Kate Winslet and Kenneth Branagh have been honored by the queen. Winslet was named a Commander of the Order of the British Empire. She says it makes her "very proud to be a Brit." Branagh was knighted and will now be known as Sir Kenneth Branagh. He says his "heart's fit to burst." Also honored was the guy who wrote the lyrics for "Phantom of the Opera," "Cats" and "Starlight Express." Richard Stilgoe was also made a knight.
