Riverview Gardens Superintendent Dr. Clive Coleman has a three year contract paying him a salary of $165,000, plus benefits. He receives an auto allowance of $250 a month. His contract has a long list of goals for the district under his leadership, but it doesn't mention if he receives any bonuses for achieving those goals. Riverview Gardens is widely recognized as one of the worst school districts in the metro area, which is why it's now under the control of a Board appointed by the state of Missouri.

We also obtained a copy of the contract for the previous Co-Superintendents.
