Making the Grade, Pattonville School District

Pattonville Superintendent Michael Fulton receives a salary of $187,353. In three year contract, guaranteed a $4,000 pay raise in the second year, and a $4,000 raise in the third year, giving him a salary of $195,304 in 2012-2013. Pattonville pays Fulton $630 a month as salary that he can "use to defray expenses for the use of an automobile." Fulton receives $4,750 a year that "he may elect to use for the purchase of a deferred compensation program" of his choice. Pattonville also provides generous retirement incentives that include free health and dental benefits for three years for his family after he retires.
