The three year contract of Normandy Superintendent Stanton Lawrence pays him a salary of $175,000, plus benefits. Lawrence may have the most incentive filled contract in the metro area. If he achieves the lofty goals that begin on page three of his contract he could earn another $69,222.22 per year. When you look at the long list of goals it becomes clear that he won't get all of that bonus money, if he gets any of it. He, and all educators in Normandy, face significant challenges. Normandy is at risk of losing its state accreditation, according to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The district met just five of the 14 standards for accreditation.
