Desoto superintendent Andy Arbeitman receives a salary of $145,530. His three year contract does not guarantee him a pay raise. In the contract, the Board agrees to pay the costs of state and national memberships and meetings up to $3,000 a year. The superintendent also receives a $500 a month auto allowance. Arbeitman and his family receive health, vision and dental insurance, although the contract doesn't indicate how much is paid by the district.
